Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Le Petit Courier! Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how and when your order will be dispatches and delivered.

1. Dispatch & Processing Schedule

 Monthly Dispatch: All orders are processed and shipped starting on the 15th of each month.

 If you place an order after the 15th, it will either be dispatched immediately (if stock allows) or included in the next scheduled dispatch run on the 15th of the following month.

 You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched on or after the 15th, estimated delivery times are as follows:

 United Kingdom: 10 to 15 business days

 Europe (EU): 10 to 15 business days

UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to seasonal postal delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Costs

Delivery is built directly into our pricing model to keep checkout simple:

United Kingdom (UK) FREE Delivery (Included in item price)

European Union (EU) FREE Delivery (Included in price)

 Orders shipped to the European Union (EU)  may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

 Le Petit Courier is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

 Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

 If your tracking has not updated or your package has not arrived after 15 business days from the dispatch date (the 15th), please reach out to us at Support@lepetitcourier.com  with your order number so we can look into it for you!
