Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Le Petit Courier, we want your shopping experience to be seamless and straightforward. Please review our policy below regarding order purchases, payment options, and cancellation requests.

1. Purchase Options & Payment Methods

 Accepted Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other standard secure checkout payment gateways available at checkout.

 Pricing & Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in the currency selected at checkout. Where applicable, delivery costs are already included in the displayed product price.

 Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing your order details and receipt.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation Window: Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, orders may be canceled until the item is fulfilled/shipped (or within 1 hour of placing the order).

 How to Request a Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@lepetitcourier.com with your Order Number and the subject line "Cancellation Request".

 Processed/Shipped Orders: If your order has already been fulfilled or handed over to the postal carrier, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, please wait for the package to arrive and follow our Return & Refund Policy to send it back.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

 If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will automatically be issued back to your original payment method.

 Bank processing times may vary, but refunds typically appear in your account within 3 to 10 business days.

4. Subscriptions & Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

 

 Subscriptions: If you subscribe to any recurring items (such as monthly stationery boxes), you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account portal prior to the upcoming billing date.
